Kakurei Junmai Ginjo ($67.00)

A sake lover’s sake. Goes well with a wide range of foods; but especially with grilled fish and vegetables.

Kiminoi Yamahai Junmai Ginjo ($61.00)

Rare production methods are used to generated wild yeasts that yield to a creamy, earthy profile. Goes well with full flavored, rich dishes. GREAT WARM

Midorikawa Junmai ($55.00)

A tan-rei style sake (translates as beautiful and clean) with a balanced, creamy finish. Goes well with light seafood dishes.

Masumi Junmai Ginjo ($55.00)

We swap this sake out between the spring and fall press; but it’s always graceful and fragrant. In a word, slays year round.

Narutotai Ginjo Nama Genshu ($53.00)

Bodaimoto Gozenshu Nigori ($54.00)

The brewery uses an ancient “bodai” method to brew sake with a nose of white flowers and green apple -- think Chenin blanc if you want to think wine-wise.

Kan nihonkai x dry Junmai Genshu ($52.00)

A uniquely extra dry sake with salinity. Goes best with meats, not fish.

Heiwa Shuzo Nigori ($39.00)

Smooth and creamy with orchard fruit, vanilla, and ice cream notes....but not “sweet”.

kiku masamune cedar junmai ($42.00)

Sake matured in cedar barrels and served in a cedar cup. super fresh like one of those mildly minty toothpicks.

A tiny family brewery producing sake with stone fruit and nutty flavors.

Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai ($21.00)

Based at the foot of Mt. Hakkai, the brewery uses the mountain snow water to produce its famous sake. Goes well with grilled and fried foods.

Bunraku Nihonjin no Wasuremono Yamahai Junmai ($21.00)

This sake has it's particular aromatic and textural qualities as a result of using the "Yamahai" technique of adding a touch of natural lactic acid to the mash before pasturization.

Kudoki Jozu Junmai Ginjo ($21.00)

Lots of green apple and white floral notes. There’s a reason it’s called “the pick up artist”.

Amabuki one cup ($11.00)

made with various yeasts from flowers -- strawberry blossom and sunflower

Kikusui Funaguchi Shinmai Nama Genshu ($9.00)

This special sake is a lot of thing! It brewed with the first rice of the season and unpasturized. It's also a "genshu" meaning undiluted and it comes sealed in a special wide-mouth metal can. Super fresh!
