Dec 31, 2024 only. Indulge in the New Year with our 10-courses Prestige Menu, featuring exquisite wine pairings and luxurious dishes such as caviar, rich butter sauce, and poached foie gras.

The Macallan Lounge X Enigma, featured in St Thomas Wine Bar: A private, six-seater room where you can indulge in a refined, hearty menu expertly paired with straight whisky pours and signature cocktails crafted from rare casks, classic bottles, and exclusive tasting flights. If you have a passion for exceptional whisky and gourmet dining, this is the destination for you. 2 people minimum.

The Prestige menu is offered at $300 per guest and does “NOT include beverages pairing, service charge and tax”.

Come experience our Set Lunch Menu consisting of 5 course composed of seasonal ingredients curated by Chef Quinton Bennett and his team. The price of the LUNCH Tasting Menu includes a welcome beverage and a choice of tea or coffee at the end of your meal. Important Notes:
