We're thrilled to welcome our friends from Domestique back to Bad Saint for a vegetarian dinner on Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28. For this 2-day event, our wine list will highlight small producers of natural wine from the Jura, Savoie, and the United States.
These reservations are for Thursday, February 27th.
Chef Tom Cunanan has put together a 6-course family style dinner that is completely vegetarian. The menu will be $85/person, exclusive of beverages, tax, and gratuity.
The vegetarian menu includes dairy, eggs, coconut, gluten, and mushrooms. The menu does *not* include tree nuts, peanuts, or soy products.
We are not able to make any changes or substitutions to the meal, and our a la carte menu will not be available.
Bad Saint's Beverage Director Amanda Carpenter collaborated with Rebekah Pineda and Jeff Segal from Domestique to curate a bottle list for the event that focuses on the distinctive and compelling wines of the Jura and Savoie regions in France.
Amanda's beverage pairing for the meal highlights small producers throughout the United States, from Berkeley, California to New York's Hudson Valley. The optional beverage pairing is $55/person.
Both evenings of the event are reservation-only (no walk-ins).
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will be charged a $30/person cancellation fee.
